Agreement to these terms

These terms govern your use of Grouw as a customer — the app, the web-based earning flow, and this website. By creating an account or using Grouw to earn or redeem points, you agree to them. Businesses that use Grouw to run a rewards program are separately bound by our Business terms.

What Grouw is

Grouw is a platform that lets independent businesses run their own loyalty and rewards programs, and lets you track your points across every participating business in one place. Grouw is free for customers to use.

Grouw is a platform, not the issuer of any individual reward: each business sets its own earning rules, reward catalog, and redemption terms, and is responsible for honoring what it publishes. Grouw is not a party to, and does not guarantee, any specific reward offered by a business.

Points earned through Grouw have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred between accounts or between businesses.

Eligibility and your account

You need to meet the minimum age to use Grouw in your market (the specific threshold is pending confirmation as part of legal review) and provide a valid phone number to create an account.

You're responsible for keeping your account secure — for anything done through your device or account once you've signed in, and for telling us if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Manipulate, replay, forge, or otherwise tamper with QR codes or transactions to earn points you have not legitimately earned.
• Create multiple accounts to abuse referral rewards, promotions, or a business's earning rules.
• Use Grouw for any purpose that violates applicable law or the rights of a business or another customer.
• Attempt to access another user's account or interfere with the operation of the platform.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Grouw if we reasonably believe you've violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or put the security of the platform or other users at risk.

You can stop using Grouw at any time, and can delete your account entirely — see our account deletion page.

Disclaimers

Grouw is provided "as is." We work to keep the service reliable and accurate, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we're not responsible for a business's failure to honor its own published rewards program.

Changes to these terms

We'll update the date at the top of this page whenever these terms change, and for material changes, we'll let you know inside the app before they take effect.
